Thoughts Words Action spoke to the former singer of Four Letter Word and Violent Arrest, and editor of the UK’s longest-running punk fanzine Artcore, Welly about his new book Nefarious Artists, which has just been published by Earth Island Books, and his reasons for wanting to document the niche world of punk rock compilations, what it’s really like to play in a band, his lifelong involvement in the punk rock scene and how, and why, he ended up moving halfway around the world.
