If you are in Florida, anywhere near Bay County, put down that alligator or get off the beach and go and see Jim X Dodge at the Bay County Writers Fest in the public library today, from 11am to 4pm. He'll have copies of his great alternative horror books Theta House, The Bite and Pig Iron with him, for signing and selling, as well as all sorts of E I Books goodies such as posters, bookmarks and bags for any readers. There will also be a bunch more local authors there for you to meet, find out about and maybe support.
