We are very excited to announce a literary partnership that has been a long time coming: Earth Island Books will now be carrying titles from independent US punk rock publisher DiWulf Publishing House.
Two independent publishers specialising in punk rock and alternative books are now working together to span the globe and cross the oceans in an effort to bring more of the best titles to the people who really want them and, in the process, cutting down those shipping costs. It's a perfect fit - two like-minded entities built by authors who understand the craft to create a home and an outlet for the underground and unheard.
Earth Island will be starting with a select few of DiWulf’s books; ‘If It’s Tuesday This Must Be Walla Walla: The Wacky History of Adrenalin O.D.’, ‘No Slam Dancing, No Stage Diving, No Spikes: An Oral History of the legendary City Gardens’, and the huge ‘Hard Times magazine anthology’. And we will be adding to this selection soon.
Likewise, DiWulf will be stocking our books in the US – initially; ‘The Scene That Would Not Die’ by Ian Glasper, ‘A Hardcore Heart’ by David Gamage and ‘We Can Be The New Wind’ by Alexandros Anesiadis, but with more to follow.
